You must be within the Wireless Hometown service area to receive a Wireless Hometown signal. It is possible to be within our coverage area, but not be able to receive a signal due to unusual terrain features, or to be within the coverage area, but not receive an adequate signal due to unexpected circumstances. An example of a marginal case would be a house located in a deep valley, surrounded on several sides by dirt. In this case, we will analyze your location, and in marginal cases, dispatch a technician to test the signal at your house prior to installing your Wireless Hometown high-speed Internet service.
